All attendees agree to release and hold harmless P.E.A.C.E. from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or relating to your participation in the event you are registering to participate in and use of any associated facilities.

Communicable Diseases

Any public space where other people are present holds an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. By attending a P.E.A.C.E. event, you agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure and agree to not hold P.E.A.C.E. or any of their affiliates including partners and sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for illness. You will take necessary precautions while at the event including, but not limited to, engaging in appropriate social distancing, wearing a mask in public areas when not consuming food or beverage if required, minimizing face touching, frequently washing hands/sanitization, and avoiding risky environments such as overcrowded bars or restaurants. You agree to not attend any P.E.A.C.E. event if you feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.

It is P.E.A.C.E.’s policy that all employees, volunteers, and participants are entitled to respectful treatment. Any form of bullying, discrimination, harassment, sexual or otherwise, is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

P.E.A.C.E. is committed to providing a harassment- and discrimination-free experience for everyone at our events, an experience that embraces the richness of diversity in an environment of mutual respect.

No animal based products allowed on site, out of respect for the residents on our property and the charity’s vision and mission. This includes but not limited to meat, honey, eggs, and any non-human animal milk or dairy products.

Photographs and Video

Participants may be videotaped and/or photographed at events, either directly by P.E.A.C.E. volunteer and/or staff. If you object to being photographed or videotaped, please let one of the organizers know.

Attendees will observe all non-smoking regulations.

No outside alcohol and on-site alcohol consumption will be allowed at P.E.A.C.E. events. The only exception will be if a P.E.A.C.E. event is specifically licensed to serve alcohol, which will be indicated on the event page and tickets sold.
